Foods to Love: Pizza Beach
I'm already missing the summer and it hasn't officially gone yet. Mother Nature has an attitude and I'm not here for it. Even though the summer decided to dip a little early, you can keep bits of her with you in the cold winters ahead (winter is coming).
Pizza Beach has two locations, one in the Upper East Side and another in the Lower East Side. I had the pleasure of visiting the UES location last Friday and I was pleasantly delighted. First of all, you can't visit New York without having a slice of pizza. It's like going to Philadelphia and not having a Cheesesteak (waste of a trip tbh). If you are in New York, do yourself a favor and check out Pizza Beach. Great vibes, amazing food and friendly staff. I am basic AF, and I don't like taking risk when it comes to food, so I had the Margherita pizza, which was so good (i wish I had some right now). I also had the froze, which is basically the drink of the summer. I'm not a big fan of alcohol, period (I know, don't judge) and the froze was not too strong, a plus for me. I would definitely recommend Pizza Beach for first dates, girl's night out's and even with the kids, it's family friendly.
